Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://autodetailingbethlehem.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Allure Customs reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Automotive Window Tinting, Headlight Restoration, Ceramic Coating, Full Vehicle Wraps, Full Auto Detailing, Paint Protection Film provided by Allure Customs. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://autodetailingbethlehem.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Allure Customs or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Allure Customs may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Allure Customs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Allure Customs's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allure Customs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.
Updates. Allure Customs reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
